The short version: we do not collect, store, or transmit your text. All character and word counting is performed entirely within your browser using JavaScript. Your text never leaves your device.

TextCounter does not set any first-party cookies. Your language preference is stored only in your browser's local session memory and is cleared when you close the tab.
